While every message, comment, and note of support is deeply appreciated, we are not always able to respond to every inquiry. House of Bellatrix is a small, energetically intentional business, and maintaining clear boundaries allows us to serve with integrity.

Please know that messages sent to our inbox are curated; while not all are read directly, expressions of love and kind words are always shared and felt. If you have concerns regarding an order or our offerings, we welcome communication that is respectful, grounded, and considerate.

Emails that are aggressive, demanding, disrespectful of boundaries, or that include unsolicited advice will not receive a response. We believe in mutual respect, accountability, and human kindness and we ask that all communication aligns with those values. ✨

Digital Services & Distance Reiki Clause

House of Bellatrix offers digital services, including distance Reiki sessions, virtual energetic rituals, intuitive readings, downloadable content, and online spiritual experiences.

Distance Reiki and digital energetic services operate beyond physical space and time. By purchasing these services, you acknowledge that energetic work is transmitted remotely and experienced subjectively. Sensations, emotional responses, and outcomes vary from person to person, and no specific results can be guaranteed.

All digital services are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered, scheduled, or accessed. This includes distance Reiki sessions, recorded or written intuitive content, digital downloads, and virtual workshops or offerings.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are energetically and emotionally prepared to receive distance Reiki or spiritual services. House of Bellatrix is not responsible for how energy is integrated after a session. Grounding, hydration, rest, and self-care are recommended following energetic work.

Distance Reiki and digital services are intended for spiritual support, personal insight, and energetic alignment only. They do not replace medical treatment, mental health care, legal counsel, or professional advice.

House of Bellatrix reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, or discontinue digital or energetic services if boundaries are violated, if communication becomes disrespectful, or if the energetic exchange is deemed misaligned.

By booking or purchasing digital services through House of Bellatrix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.

Orders, Returns & Exchanges

House of Bellatrix operates with intention and care to minimize waste. All order confirmations and receipts are provided digitally.

Due to the nature of our offerings, including ritual goods, energetic services, and handcrafted items all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or order modifications once an order has been processed.

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing their orders prior to purchase. House of Bellatrix cannot adjust quantities, split orders, or alter shipping details once processing has begun.

House of Bellatrix is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, stolen, or returned once they leave our studio. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or additional shipping costs.

We encourage mindful, intentional purchasing and thank you for honoring the energy and labor that goes into each creation.

Shipping Information

All physical orders from House of Bellatrix are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, unless otherwise specified (such as prints or specialty items). Orders are typically shipped twice weekly.

Once your order is prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information sent via our website or shipping platform. Please allow up to 48 hours for USPS to update tracking details. Be sure to check spam or promotional folders before reaching out, as automated emails may occasionally land there.

Once a package has been handed over to USPS, it is no longer under our control. House of Bellatrix is not liable for shipping delays, delivery errors, or lost packages. If USPS misdelivers or loses your package, any claims must be filed directly with USPS, as the recipient is the claimant.

Shipping Regions & Delivery Notes

House of Bellatrix currently ships within the United States and Canada only.

If you are ordering from outside the continental U.S., you are responsible for any additional shipping costs, customs fees, or import duties incurred.

Delivery instructions added at checkout are not guaranteed, as we do not personally deliver packages. For specific delivery requests, please contact your local USPS office directly.
