Distance Cosmic Reiki Session

How a distance reiki session works! Distance reiki sessions are one of my clients' favorite ways to provide themselves with self-care.

They love not having to leave the house or really do anything but find a quiet, comfortable place to lie or sit during our session. 

We start by discussing what you'd like to focus on during the session, which can range from simply wanting to relax or being more body-focused to an area you experience discomfort with. 

Maybe you want to focus on certain feelings or emotions you're working through, or a mindset you're trying to let go of. 

Reiki provides pure light energy to areas needing more gentle attention. You may feel different sensations during the session, such as tingling, the urge to yawn, or even shed a few tears. 

These sensations are all very common during a session, and the majority of my clients will drift off and experience serene relaxation, waking up with renewed energy. 

After the introduction, the Reiki transmission lasts around 30-40 minutes. 

Once we've completed the session, I'll take a few minutes to ground you back into your body and ask how you feel.
